Steve Tice Obituary

Steve J. Tice, 65, of Colorado Springs passed away Feb. 16 in his sleep holding hands with his wife. Steve was a Vietnam vet who was a Bronze Star recipient. Steve will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Ellen Tice; and sister, Jean Mayo.

He is survived by his wife, Violet; and daughter Callie; son, Steve (Jennifer) Tice, Jr.; grandchildren, Jacquelyn and Steve James. He also leaves behind brother, Ed (Janice) Sabec; brother in law, Larry (Nancy) Lievers; numerous extended family and friends.

In lieu of food and flowers, please make a donation to the American Diabetes Association or Pikes Peak Hospice.

Viewing will be 11:00am followed by Funeral Service at 1:00pm, Tuesday, Feb 25, 2014 at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the Pueblo Veteran Ritual Team.

Dearest Violet my heart felt blessings to you and the children. So sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I know he is already in the arms of Our Loving Lord ! I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing, Our many years working together in the old Plant III. And you always made me feel welcome in your home while Violet altered my riding leathers.
