Betty was born in Divide, CO and graduated from Manitou Springs High School. She is survived by daughters Donna Rueter and Jackie Price, daughter-in-law Barbara, granddaughter Tammi Schneider, grandsons Dan Bartell, Rick and Greg Leptien, brother Andy Wells, and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband William Bartell, son Jerry and grandson Jeff Johnson. Funeral services will be held on Friday, 15 February, at 2:00 at Crystal Valley Cemetery in Manitou Springs.
