Dustin, Jacqueline,
I am so sorry for your loss of your fathers passing. When Larry and I were together I always asked about you both. Larry always talked about you both, what you were up to and how proud he was of you two, how you have grown into adults and how you live your lives.
Know that Larry loved you both very much and loved his grand kids too.

Larry and I grew up together on Lincoln St. in Pueblo. He was my great and good friend, and his family always, always welcomed me in to their house. I smiled this morning to think of one small story. We were about 14 or maybe 15 and we decided to participate in a walk-a-thon to Beulah, only we were going to run with the girls' x-country team from SCSC, for inspiration one would assume. Larry's mom learned about our plans, and she was concerned about snow in Beulah, so she insisted that he take his galoshes along. Larry and I ran all the way to Beulah (okay, we did walk quite a bit too), but holding the galoshes the entire way. I think I carried left. We succeeded in keeping up with the girls on the x-country team, but was hard to get their attention, what with the galoshes and all.

With sadness but warm wishes,

Max Phelps

Aunt Bev, Donny, Scott, Kurt, Renee, Bruce and Bryan

We are so sorry to hear about Larry's death. It seems like we have said goodbye prematurely to too many family members these last few years. Though we haven't been to Colorado in a number of years it always brings back great memories of the wonderful family and good times we had there. I know Dad, Jim, Uncle Don, Aunt Nore and Uncle Tom are there in heaven to welcome him home. Our prayers go out to you. I hope you find peace in your hearts.
