I did not know Jim Macdougald well having met him only once many years ago. But I did know well and serve in the AF with also his son Brian and he loved and admired his father immensely. Such love from his son speaks volumes about the man. He will be missed. May God comfort and sustain his family.

To all his family, Jim was a caring boss at AMI. My late husband Larry was an employee for many years and he always respected Jim as a boss, owner of the company and most importantly as a friend. As the years went by whenever we would see Jim he always remembered us and the conversations always were about AMI and our families. He was a kind, caring man. May God comfort each of you in your great loss.

Dear Uncle Jim,
I have so many loving memories shared throughout the years. You will always be remembered for your service to our country and your kind heart. We hope you are now reunited with your parents and your brothers who we also miss dearly. My heart goes out to the family for the loss of someone so very special and close to our hearts.

Uncle Jim, I meet you when you courted my mother's sister and I was a flower girl in your wedding. You were a great example to everyone who knew you and one of the nicest people I have know. I will be there on Monday to reconnect with your children and represent their mother's side of the family. You were grandmother Frances' favorite and I know she greeted you as you came home. You will live in the hearts of all you knew. Kathy McMahon Klug

My most sincere sympathy to Jim's entire family. He was a dear and loving person, and we shared our great love for Christ and his Blessed Mother. Jim was kind enough to give me his mother's (my grandmother)rosary since he knew of my devotion to Mary. I am forever grateful that he was a part of my life.
