Blondell Pauline Erby was born to Pete Cole and Mildred Baker on February 7, 1924 in Mayview, Missouri. Blondell attended Nursing School in Missouri and Nazarene Bible College in Colorado. Blondell married George W. Erby in Denver, CO on May 30th, 1975. Blondell was the beautiful mother of three wonderful daughters, Wanda J. Pearl, Normal E. Nicholson and Retha A. Lavastier. On June 19, 2013 Blondell had a date with Jesus. They went to see God. On that day that lonely woman of God, went to join her daughter Wanda and son Rodney. Blondell was a Sunday school teacher, and sunshine band teacher for many years at Isrealite C.O.G.I.C. in Security, CO. A loving church mother. Blondell leaves memories behind to her daughters, 9 grandkids, Lisa Parker, Bobby Walker, Patrice Walker, Brian Walker, Stacey Jones, Tina James, Shelly Delgado, Michael Nicholson and Rebekah Nicholson. She also leaves to cherish her memory, 24 great-grands and a lot of nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. She was known to be Mother Erby and grandma to all. She will truly be missed! We love you. Visitation will be held from 6:00P.M. - 8:00P.M. on June 24, 2013 at Angelus Funeral Directors, 1104 S. Circle Dr., Colo. Spgs., CO 80910. Funeral Service will be held on June 25, 2013, 1:00 PM at Angelus Funeral Directors, 1104 S. Circle Dr., Colorado Springs, CO.
