On Monday 5/21/18 the "Big Guy" himself Clint Walker peacefully passed away in California. He played on the TV series 'The Cheyenne Show' until a contract dispute in 1958 which allowed newcomer Ty Hardin to star as "Bronco Layne". Clint did eventually return along with Will Hutchins as "Sugarfoot" while all three began to rotate their episodes on the show becoming the best of friends!
God Bless You both Mr. Hardin and Mr. Walker as you may Rest In Peace....

I was saddened to just read of Ty's passing. As a child Bronco Lane was my hero, later as a young adult I was fortunate to meet and get to know Ty Hardin during the making of Riptide in Australia at the Artranza Studios in French's Forest. It was during this time I got to know Ty and some of his family. Ty certainly was enthusiastic about all that he did and the world is a lessor place for his passing. Please pass on my condolences to his wife and family.

So sorry about your recent loss. I always enjoyed Bronco as a kid, in fact I considered Bronco, Cheyenne, Sugarfoot, and Maverick the best of the TV westerns. May God give you comfort in the days that lie ahead.
