Victor DeWayne Anders, known to friends as "Vic," passed away on June 16, 2018, at the age of 80. A native of Colorado, Vic was born April 13, 1938 at home in Simla, to Williams and Floy Anders.
Vic graduated from Simla High School in 1956. After graduation he started his career as a laborer for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
