Mary GRANT Obituary

GRANT, Mary Frances Louise. Peacefully, just after midnight on the 13th of February 2026 at St Johns Wood Rest Home, Taupo. Beloved wife of Robert George. Adored mother of Vivi and Jock, Fiona and Rick, John and Rika, Linc and Lizzie. Cherished grandmother of Tessa and Lucy, Ella, Harry and Sophie, Sakura and Kenzo, Ben, Charlotte and Penelope. Special great grandmother to the next generation. A celebration of Mary's wonderful life to be held on Tuesday the 17th of February at St Andrews Anglican Church, 91 Titiraupenga Street, Taupo at 1pm. Our sincere greetings to Vivi and all Mary's family and our sympathy on learning of Mary's death - We are very sorry we are unable to travel to be with you for her service. Robert and Mary were so welcoming to us when we came to live in Taupo and hosted us in their home on many occasions. She was a pillar of the church and such a lovely lady. We remember your parents with much affection and grieve with you, but thankful to our God for such a blessed person. With love, Ralph and Diana Robertshawe.
