Grenville POMEROY Obituary

POMEROY, Grenville. Passed away peacefully with family by his side, on 28 August 2025, aged 83 years. Grenville was the funniest, kindest and most thoughtful man. Our hearts are broken. Loving husband, best friend and soulmate of Jocelyn. Adored father and father-in-law of Sarah and Thomas and Rachel and Simon. Loving grandfather of Seamus, Joseph and Christian and great grandfather to baby Jackson. He was a much loved son of Howard and Joyce Pomeroy and brother of Ruth, Katherine, Eric, Christopher and Nelson. Gren was a rare spirit, his warmth and humour brightened the lives of all who knew him. With heartfelt thanks to the staff at Kōwhainui Home and Whanganui Hospice. Family and friends are warmly invited to honour and celebrate Grenville's life at his funeral service on Wednesday, 3rd September 2025 at 1.30pm at The Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Whanganui.
