DANIEL WILLIAM PATEK was born on February 4, 1958 to Robert and Jane Patek. On July 5, 2022 we lost him at the age of 64. He attended Oakville grade school and graduated from Mayfield High School. Dan married Mary O’Donnell in 1983 and they had two fantastic children; Katherine Elizabeth and Daniel Liam (Emily). He is also survived by beloved nieces and nephews, cousins, and two grandchildren; Quinn and Kelly. Friends and family were very important to Dan, as he spent much of his retirement fixing things for others or lending a helping hand. His barn hosted many summer get togethers, browns watch parties, and fall clam bakes. Dan loved to fish and spend the day on Lake Erie. He also spent many weekends camping and telling stories around a campfire with loved ones.
A Funeral Mass to celebrate Dan’s life will be held at the Church of the Resurrection, 32001 Cannon Rd. Solon, OH 44139 on Saturday July 30th at 11am with a reception to follow.
