Donald E. Lewis
Age 90, of Hanoverton passed away Sunday, July 7, 2025 in the Auburn Skilled Nursing Center near Salem. He was born Jan. 1, 1935 in Salineville to Floyd and Alice (Erwin) Lewis. He retired from PCC Airfoils in Minerva where he had worked for 38 years. He is a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie (Wright) Lewis whom he married April 19, 1975, daughter, Luann Gram of Martinsburg, WV, 2 sons, Douglas (Patti) Lewis of Kensington, Duane (Vicki) Lewis of Kensington, stepdaughter, Kelly (Scott) Davis of Kensington, 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 4 sisters, Esther Edgar, Donna Morris, Lorna Linder, Bernadine Wilt, 5 brothers, Tuffy, Clarence, Donald, Floyd and Mervin Lewis.
Following cremation, a graveside service with military honors will be held Friday at 12 noon in the Grove Hill Cemetery in Hanoverton. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
