Eleanor Tucker Obituary

Eleanor ‘Henderson’ Tucker of Crystal City, Mo. died peacefully on June 8, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.  She is now home in the arms of Jesus and reunited with her husband of 44 years.

She was born November 28, 1940 in Wortham, Mo. to her parents, the late Eugene D. Henderson and Pauline ‘Dunn’ Henderson.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Tucker and grandson, David Tucker II,  brothers, Dallas (Jeri) Henderson and Bruce Henderson.

She is survived by her children, Marjie (Denny) Geniec; David (Connie) Tucker; and Missy (Bob) Zimmer,

13 grandchildren,  12 great grandchildren,

2 sisters, Shari (Bill) Chambers; and Beverly (Terry) Wagner,

Sister-in-law, Mary Henderson,

Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends also survive.

She was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Festus.
