I am incredibly sad to hear about Frank’s passing. He was full of life and laughter. He had the best sayings, many of them I still use today. Frank really believed in me as a teacher and encouraged me to continue my education. He brought a great deal of energy and warmth to our Mt. View community. My heart goes out to his family especially his daughters, wife, and stepchildren.

I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the passing of Dr. Frank Fischel. My sincerest sympathies to Frank’s family and loved ones.
He was an incredible human being with the greatest stories and a most infectious laugh. He became principal at Mountain View School in NJ the fall of 2010 when my middle son was going into 3rd grade. I was on the PTA board and we instantly clicked. He immediately became a member of our PTA and offered his full support to our programs and fundraising. His enthusiasm and love for his students was heartwarming. The students adored Dr. Fischel and looked forward to greeting him with high fives, smiles, laughter or even a hug. By the time my youngest attended Mountain View Dr. Fischel was practically family to us. Frank only wanted the best for his students and their families. He was a very special friend, principal, educator, and just an all around great guy! I will miss his stories, his awesome sense of humor and his infectious laugh. Rest in Peace my dear friend, until we meet again.✝

I am absolutely crushed to hear that Frank has passed away. I was his school counselor in Mt. Olive Twp. School District and he mentored me as I earned my master’s degree in school leadership. Frank taught me, and everyone, so very much. He was so full of life and wisdom, and my goodness did he have energy! He had such a love of people and especially his students. He cared deeply about others and went out of his way for them. Frank really knew how to live and I still carry on the lessons he taught me to this day. He will be deeply missed. My condolences go out to his family, wife, beautiful daughters and stepchildren.
