Jean was my best friend in high school. She had the uncanny ability to pick up on my thoughts and feelings, able to finish my sentences, at any given moment. She had a wonderful, spontaneous laugh and a great sense of humor! There were some crazy adventures that we laughed about ,later. We were in each other's weddings. We celebrated the beginnings of our families!
For several years our paths in life took us in different directions. I will always regret those years when she was not in my life every day and that I was not there for her when she courageously battled cancer! For the last fifteen years we were reunited! I have treasured all the times spent with her and Rich. My heart is so very sad that I have lost this warm and generous , kind and loving spirit, this friend that I have loved so many years. Rest in peace, my dear friend. You are with the God you loved!

Even though I only knew Jean for a short time years ago she touched my heart with her beautiful smile, her sweet demeanor, and her amazing spirit.

Aunt Jean was such a special lady! I can't think of a time that she didn't greet me with the warmest smile and a hug that made you feel loved. The world is darker without her in it.
