With the heaviest hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Rabecca Dale Cowen London, a truly extraordinary soul who touched the lives of everyone she met.
Rabecca Dale Cowen London, 26, died peacefully Friday, December 13, 2024. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rabecca was born on August 25, 1998, in Enterprise, AL, and raised in Gulf Breeze, FL.
Rabecca was a disciplined, God-fearing Christian woman whose faith guided her through life with grace and strength. Her kindness was genuine and boundless—she never met a stranger, only friends she hadn’t yet made. She embodied drive and determination in everything she did.
Rabecca was a woman of extraordinary accomplishments. She attended Gulf Breeze High school where she made A/B honor roll and was the varsity cheer captain. She then attended Pensacola State College where she was a student ambassador. After graduating with her associate’s degree, she then attended the University of West Florida and achieved a bachelor's in business administration as well as her real estate license, reflecting her dedication to academic and professional excellence. Her professional journey was equally as impressive as she earned admiration of colleagues and peers alike for her work ethic and innovation. At her tenure with DR Horton she achieved great accomplishments.
She was the most loving wife, daughter, sister, and a source of unwavering support to her family and friends. Rabecca was truly loved and cherished by all who knew her.
Among Rabecca’s greatest joys was the deep and unbreakable bond she shared with her sister, Samantha. Their relationship was defined by unconditional love, heartfelt conversations, and countless shared memories. Rabecca was not just a sister but also a confidante, cheerleader, and best friend. Together, they navigated life's challenges and celebrated its joys, creating a connection that will remain forever in Samantha’s heart as a source of strength and inspiration.
Above all, Rabecca loved her husband Cyle with a passion and devotion that inspired everyone around them. A love that was as deep as it was inspiring. Together, they created a life filled with joy, laughter, and an enduring partnership that touched the hearts of all who knew them.
Rabecca’s love extended to all, but none more so than her beloved dog Gunner. She was a devoted dog mom, treating Gunner with the same care and affection she gave to everyone in her life. Their bond was a special one, filled with playful moments and of course lots of treats. Gunner brought immeasurable joy to Rabecca’s life, and her nurturing spirit ensured that her furry friend felt loved and cherished every single day.
She was the person you wanted in your corner, a one-in-a-billion soul whose light will never be dimmed. To know Rabecca was to know the deepest kind of love, compassion, and loyalty. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Though she is no longer with us, Rabecca’s legacy of love, faith, and perseverance will continue to inspire us all.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Harold Cowen and her grandmother, and Lela Bergeron.
Survivors include her husband, Joshua Cyle London; parents, Drew and Kara Cowen; sister, Samantha Cowen (Ethan); grandparents, Edwin Bergeron, Linda Brent (Richard), and Karen Cook; uncles, Ty Cowen (Debbie) and Ted Bergeron (Judith), aunts, Christine Nicklas (Pat) and Susan Loupe (Kermit); cousins, Lynsey, Brianna, Teddy, Lesley, Cody, Megan, Austin, and Savannah; her in-laws, Christie London-Leadmon (Mike) and Bryan London; brothers-in-law, Cody, Austin and Tyler; as well as her beloved dog, Gunner.
A memorial visitation will be held 2:00pm until a celebration of Rabecca’s life begins at 3:00pm Monday, December 16, 2024, at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I never got to meet Rabecca, but yet, feel like I knew her through all my conversations with Samantha over the last few years. Nearly every time I talk with Samantha during our monthly meetings, she couldn't help but talk about how proud she was of her sister. Whether it was getting married, buying a home, or her contagious positive attitude even when she was going through this battle. Rabecca was truly an amazing person with such a large impact on those around her. Sending my thoughts to your family during this extremely difficult time.

Our two favorite Newlyweds. The years of you and Cyle running about our house one could see the deep feelings and reverence between you and Cyle. It is a great feeling of loss shared by many that you two were robbed of an enduring life time together. Your life is now everlasting in the hands of our lord. We will watch over Cyle on earth as you do from heaven above.

She was the most amazing godchild a Nanny could ask for. I was so blessed to be with her for the best and the worst of times.
Becca did it her way she lived every day like she was not dying. From her company Christmas party last Friday to Christmas shopping Saturday. Amazon packages are still being delivered for her loved ones for Christmas. God broke the mold when he made Becca. I’ll miss you sweetie but you are healed and whole dancing on the streets of gold. Fly High Becca fly high..

Dear Kara, Saying I'm sorry is not enough. It's not the right words, there are no words right now. I understand the devastating blow and grief your family and especially you, must be feeling. Julianna Marie, 3yrs at the time, will joyfully welcome such a Beautiful soul into heaven. Yet, heaven and earth came together for only a moment ang it was Holy! And grace does come over the coming days. It may seem to fade but it is not gone. It simply dims it light for a little while.
My heart, soul, thoughts and prayers go towards you and I pray you are covered in the Beautiful grace she leaves with you and her family and her husband and Gunner. Gunner will know when her lighted soul is around, you'll see. They show up when you need them the most. My deepest love and sympathy. Julie Robinson Orlando
