Richard Bergeron Obituary

Richard Bergeron passed away June 29, 2025 at his home in Tiverton, RI.  He was 80 years old.  Born in Fall River, MA to Harvey and Ellen (Barlow) Bergeron, Rick was a 1963 graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School.  He was very hard-working and spent most of his career managing area supermarkets.  

Richard is fondly remembered by his three children.  Deborah William (husband Ernie), Michael Bergeron (wife Cathy) and Cynthia Bowdren (husband John) all of Tiverton.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Zachary William, Justin Bergeron, Melanie Manocchio, Samantha Fernandes, Lauren Bowdren, and Jenna Bowdren.  He was great grandfather to Luca, William, Violet and Maximus.  Rick was the brother of Harvey Bergeron and the late Elizabeth Harrington.

Rick had a lifelong love of Corvettes.  He also enjoyed watching sports, especially the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
