Shirley was my nurse that greeted me at Dr Moffet’s and later at Dr Chua’s, for over 40 years. She was the kindest person and will be so missed. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends.

I was so sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing. She was like a family member to myself and my mother, as former patients of Dr. Moffett and currently of Dr. Chua.
I knew she had finally decided to retire after working so many years for the same doctors. I hope and pray she was able to enjoy some of her retirement. My deepest condolences and prayers are sent to her family.

So sorry to hear of Shirley’s passing. We graduated together and she was my nurse. Such a sweet person. Prayers for her family and comfort in knowing she was loved by many.

You have an imprint on so many lives both professionally and personally. Our boys (Jason and Martin) were close friends since their teens and continue to be close. So we’ve had a friendship for awhile. You will be missed. ❤

As a patient of hers during her years with Dr. Moffett and Dr. Chua,
her love for her job and her patients was clear with her tender care and her kind loving words. I will never forget her smile.

I was truly blessed to have Shirley as my caring, kindhearted, attentive, sweet Nurse with both Dr. Moffett and Dr. Chua. They were always a team who provided compassionate care. I pray that her dear family will be blessed with sweet memories of their loving Shirley. I know that I will.

Shirley sat with me at Freedom Life for a season & I was so happy that she did. I was a patient of Dr. Chuas & also worked for Cooks/ Medical Lab so that’s how we met. I saw her every week day for nearly 10 years. I really loved her & Ive missed her sitting beside me at church. Lord, I ask You to envelop this family in Your precious presence. Carry them & heal their hearts in Jesus precious name. Amen

I have so many fond memories of the Fruge family. Especially Sunday afternoons with Shirley and Sandra after Church. She was always so kind, gentle and caring. I’m saddened at her death but I know that she is rejoicing with the angels.

I met Shirley several years ago and we became very good friends. As the years passed she became like family to me. I loved visiting with her. One of the things that I will always remember about her was her voice. She had a soothing and mellow tone. My heartfelt condolences go out to Dena (thank you for the excellent care that you gave to your mother), Jason, Earl and her family. She was loved by all who knew her and will be sorely missed by all.

My precious neighbor, always a smile and a good conversation. You will be missed by many. Prayers for peace for her family. Dena you are especially in my prayers.

I loved seeing her everytime I visited my doctor. Always so kind and so encouraging, no matter the situation. Loved Mrs. Shirley and sure do miss her.

My heart just hurts to see this beautiful lady has passed away. Shirley took care of me, my mom and my sister for many years. She was the kind of lady that was just absolutely beautiful from the inside out. She was so knowledgeable, so compassionate, and so caring. She always seemed happy to see me when I got to the office, and would inquire about my family every time. She just had a sparkle in her eyes and you could tell she was an amazingly genuine person. WOW!!!!!!!!!! She was a one of a kind lady. My deepest sympathy to her family because I know they have lost a real treasure. God bless you, Shirley for all you did for so many. Shirley had a smile that just would not stop. Her sincere concern for patients was such a gift for each one. Her working for Dr. John Moffett made an ideal team. Shirley would put us patients at ease, and having Dr. Moffett for patient care was like icing on a delicious cupcake. The two made an ideal working partnership. It was a pleasure to see Shirley anytime. If I ran into her in the grocery store or the mall, she always made it a point to speak to me and identify herself, although she did not need to for most of us. Her smile was unforgettable!
