JoAnna Ross Vincent

JoAnna Vincent, age 76, passed away on February 26, 2018. She was a resident of Colorado Springs for 42 years.
JoAnna was born on March 10, 1941 to Joseph and Anna (Shay) Farrell in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Altoona High School in 1959 and married Joseph Ross, also of Altoona, on June 13, 1959. She spent the next 21 years serving with him as an Air Force wife and raising their four children. They traveled the world and retired in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1976, where she then had a successful career as an Executive Recruiter and later as owner of JoAnna's Antiques. She married Donald Vincent on April 15, 2002 and they enjoyed their retirement years RV'ing around the country.
JoAnna was fond of playing piano and was an avid bridge player. She also enjoyed interior design and had a great appreciation for art, philosophy, and all forms of music.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donald; her children: Joseph Ross II, Julie (Mike) Brickley, and Jana Lee Ross; her sister, Rhea (Bob) Price; daughter-in-law, Sarah Ross; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and her step-children: Donnette Vincent, Candice Earthmen, and Don (Cindy) Vincent Jr. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Ross.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at La Cresta Estates Clubhouse at 205 N. Murray Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80916.
