MSgt Glennis W. Ballard went to our Lord on October 4, 2017.
He was born in Indiana on December 14, 1929 to Jerry and Geraldine Ballard.
Mr. Ballard served in the USAF for twenty four years and retired in 1974.He also worked Civil Service at Ft. Carson for several years until he retired.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Geraldine Ballard and brother, Wallace.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Jerry Ballard; four daughters, Debra Mestas, Gail (Louis) Sanchez , Glenna Hall and Tammy (John) Maltais ; seven grandchildren, Danny Sanchez, Shone Mestas, Luie Sanchez, Jeromy Ballard, Mandy Hall, Jamie Hall, and Cody Hall; two great-grandchildren, Leah Sanchez and Isac Sanchez; sister, Peggy Chanley and brother, Dennis Ballard.
He will be deeply missed.
Visitation, 5:00PM to 8:00PM, Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 E. Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907.
Funeral Service, 10:00AM, Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80907.
Interment, Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 South Hancock, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904.
