Theresa Ann Watson

December 26, 1956 - December 18, 2019
Theresa Ann Watson was born to Anthony and Mary Anne Hudek, the youngest of four children and only daughter. A long time resident of Colorado Springs, she graduated from Wasson High School and earned a degree from El Paso Community College. After graduating college, she worked at a hospital in Denver before moving to Virginia where she worked for Mobile Oil. She moved back to Colorado Springs and worked at Shepard's McGraw Hill. She and Mark Watson were married in March, 1984. Always an active woman, she was an exceptional swimmer and worked as a lifeguard at Prospect Lake in her youth. She was an avid skier with a passion for moguls, and could keep up with anyone on the slopes. Ever the animal lover she also bred and showed dogs in AKC conformation classes. Tracey was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandma, sister and daughter.
She is survived by her husband, Mark, daughters, Natalie and Marisa, son, Sean, and beloved grandbabies- Johnny and Jasper Craig who will all miss this beautiful soul and unconditionally loving confidant. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Anne Hudek, and brothers John and Anthony Hudek.
Theresa was laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Colorado Springs on January 3, 2020 surrounded by her loved ones in a private ceremony, as per her wishes.
