Dave and family,
We ache with you. Our love and prayers are with you. We miss our Angel J and think about her and you all and the precious times in St. Louis when the boys were teens. So glad our paths crossed long enough to know Chris (and all of you). What an amazing guy. Love and prayers,

My sympathy to Duncan Family and friends. I loved watching him play ball and listening to him on 101 ESPN his honesty and truthfulness was entertaining, not a day didn't go by that I wasn't laughing at what he said. What a great man he will be missed by Cardinal Nation.

Our condolences to the Duncan Family. It was an honor for me to play baseball with and against Chris during my childhood. Also, my father enjoyed coaching Chris during travel baseball. My father and I also drafted Chris on our fantasy baseball team the only year we won first price. It was a pleasure knowing Chris and he will never be forgotten.

Godspeed Chris, the world has lost a good one. Will never forget the comic relief you provided as guest speaker at a De Smet father-son banquet a few years ago. The stories you told of learning to play first base in the minors had everyone's ribs hurting from laughter. Plus, staying around after to talk to the boys, sign autographs, answer questions, and humorously affirming your commitment to retirement from MLB! May your family find peace and comfort in the memories.

Chris was an outstanding athlete in high school(CDO IN TUCSON) and excelled in football, basketball and, of course, baseball. He demonstrated great character and was always his own man and while Shelley tended to get the most attention Chris was never anything but supportive of all his brother did or accomplished. Chris never forgot where he came from and treated everyone with respect. His passing is being felt across the country as we have lost one of the truly good guys. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
