Dear Schaefer cousins and families,It is with mixed thoughts and feelings that I write you this note.David will be missed by your family and I'm sure others as well even though he always appeared to prefer to remain a little more in the background rather than the center of attention. Very much like our son, Charl
ie. It seems our Lord chose to bless Dave for the most part, with a pretty trouble free and healthy life, compared to many people's experiences. He might have felt to disagree with me on that.I pray I have at least another 6+ years to be able to continue watching the family continue to develop and mature. For me, my life has always been very full of activities, fun things to be a part of and lots of things to try to keep up with. My thoughts, and prayers will be with you all Friday and during the upcoming days as those of you who will be making decisions regarding his personal effects that need to be taken care of. Bless you all. Ardel
