Doyle Neal Sadler
1928 - 2018
Doyle Neal Sadler, 89, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away February 3, 2018.
He was born in Hollis, Oklahoma on October 16, 1928 to Tessie and Essie Sadler. He honorably served in the US Army during the Korean and Vietnam wars. While stationed in Japan, he married the love of his life, Tsutae Kubo. Last September, they celebrated 64 years of marriage. Together they provided a loving home to five children. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and family gatherings. He showered his children, grandchildren and his dogs with love and kindness. He was a devoted member of the Soka Gakkai International Buddhist organization for 50 years. Doyle is survived by his wife, Tsutae; his children, Louise Allen, Margaret Murray, Doyle Jr. (Barbara), Roy (Sandy), Naomi Knue (Thad), 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren (plus one on the way), brother Talma Sadler from Oklahoma and numerous nieces and nephews. Doyle was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Lloyd, and sister, Margaret.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018, 1:00pm at the SGI-USA Buddhist Center, 5520 North Union Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80918.
