James Donald Cordova 72 of Colorado Springs went home to be with the Lord on January 25, 2018. James was born in Pueblo, Colorado on December 1, 1945 to the union of Barnabe Cordova and Frances Aurora Valdez.
James, a longtime Colorado Springs resident loved the Denver Broncos, as well as fishing and hunting, along with spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Barnabe Cordova and mother, Frances Aurora Valdez, brother, Larry Cordova, daughter Terri Cordova and mother-in-law, Guadelupe Martinez.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Carmen Cordova, daughter, Sherry Clark and Robert Hollins, his son-in-law. Mike Cordonnair, was Terri Cordova's companion of 3 years. Sister Isabel Chavez (Louis), sister Bernadine Rupel (Collin), and brother, Danny Cordova, (Elaine), Brother-in-law George Martinez, Sister-in-law Beatrice Cordova, and grandchildren Travis Ryan, Marshall Clark, McKenzi Clark Baldwin, Bailee Holtz and Elijah Clark Baldwin, his great grandchildren, Xzavier Ruiz-Ryan and Ezekial Ruiz-Ryan.
Thank you for the beautiful memories we will hold them in our hearts forever.
Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady of Guadelupe Church located at 2715 E. Pikes Peak Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado, at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Condolences may be shared with family by visiting www.angelusfuneraldirectors.com.
