Phyllis passed away on 8/9/2018 of natural causes.
Phyllis was born in Springville, N.Y. She graduated from St. Mary's Diocesan High School, in Lancaster, N.Y. in 1958. She married Patrick M. Moore Sr., Sept. 27, 1958 and had 4 children.
Phyllis was a representative of the Japanese Chin Care Rescue League.
Phyllis was a walking angel who got her wings and is now going home. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her children, Patrick, Colleen, Melinda and Margaret. Grandchildren, Nathan, Christopher, Kayla, Michael, Jennifer, Jessica, Hannah. Great-grandchildren, Micah, Mia, Myles, Brooklyn, Liam and Brayden. Her siblings, Dennis, Lawrence, Mary Louise and Gerald.
