Soon death will be brought to nothing according to 1 Corinthians 15: 26, therefore mankind will no longer suffer the loss of losing a loved one.

You are the best. You made our K-State '59 team number 1 in the country, then went on to win many NBA championship rings. Yet, many don't know of the benevolent deeds you did along the way. Words like humble, modest, generous, teacher, and innovator all describe you. RIP

Thanks to Tex some of us learned a lot about basketball. I coached for a short time in a couple different High Schools. Sometimes I would use some of Tex Winter's Triangle formations on the Court .

Glad to hear that Tex lived a rich full life that brought so much meaning to others. My family and I were huge Laker fans and enjoyed seeing him sitting court side as an anchor to our team
May the God of Peace be with him and his loved ones during this time.

Well-respected, well-liked, and a key innovator who produced an amazing body of work that spanned much of the game's history. A man who made a positive difference: in basketball, for our country, and in the lives of those he knew and influenced.

Thank you, Tex! Rest in Peace.
