I miss Bill.
He was also a very great friend and mentor . I enjoyed spending the years I did with him . Bill was a very insightful man whom I still hold dear in my heart. He believed in me when others did not.
When I came home around 7ish . I was greeted by a man . We both noticed a bird come land above us in a tree that was In front. As it flew away we noticed it the bird was a dove...omg i thought to myself how strange that a dove was out so late and without a mate...
Morning comes and no Bill. Then a friend come by to inform me bill had past. I ask him what exact time was Bill's reported passing he asked what time did bill pass away...I then explained the scenario as I thought Bill had become a Dove . This brought a song to mind by durkan hihsky. " on the. Wings of a snow white dove...ironic and unbelievable yet I know what I saw with a witness as well. Bill's a angel . A dove...

A shock to all! A left wing antagonist, protagonist, of the highest order! But always offering aid and assistance when and where needed. We traveled and camped together throughout Colorado. We had periodic breakfasts and luncheons. We frequently assisted each other with a multitude of senseless tasks in his humogusly hoarded back yard! He will be missed by all.

Bill was a friend of many years. Lots ofof interesting conversations from religion to politics! He was a great pal to attend Kimball's Theater and discuss the movies we saw and wait for two weeks to attend another movie

Bill was a consistent and enthusiastic supporter of the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs, the UUHumanists and all progressive causes. He frequently kept me up to date on writings and jokes he knew I would want to see. He will be missed.
