Excerpt from, Fisherman's Prayer

When in the Lord's great landing net

and peacefully asleep

That in His mercy I be judged

Big enough to keep.

Jack Pond was also called Son, Daddy, Brother and Friend and Jack was an addict. The cause of death is assumed, drug overdose. Unable to fight his demons any longer, we believe he is now at peace.

Jack was loved by many, more powerfully than he could take to heart. He is survived by Mother, Father, Grandmother, Sister and Brother and his best effort, daughter Brooklynn. Jack was charismatic, truly tender-hearted. We believe he would have us all love and support one another, not build regrets, play as hard as we work, and go fishing often. Would that there be progress and that addiction cease to be a deadly condition. Jack, you are forever my Beautiful Boy.

In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging contributions to a Savings Account for Jack's daughter.

There will be a memorial service held on November 25, 2014, at Center for Spiritual Living at 4:00 pm.
