He is survived by his wife, Diane (Ratkiewicz) Tidaback; his children, Deborah Ann Cyr (Philip) and Randy Tidaback (Linda) of Oswego, Illinois; and grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Cyr, Stephanie Early, Tony Tidaback, Kevin Tidaback, Jake Tidaback, Robert Tidaback and Casey Tidaback; great-grandchildren, Kainen Hazel, Knox Horton, Ayden Tidaback, and Avery Tidaback.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Tidaback and Gladys (Hoelle) Tidaback; son, Jeffrey Tidaback; brothers, Roger Tidaback, Ralph Tidabeck; and Alan Tidabeck; and a grandson, Brandon Lee Cyr.
