Keith Charlton Obituary
Charlton Keith Passed away suddenly at home on November 27th, aged 45 years.
Much loved son of Linda and Gordon, dearly loved brother of Karen and brother in law Lee, also a loving uncle of Daniel and Isla.
Would family and friends please meet for a celebration of Keith's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday 11th December at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Myotonic Dystrophy, a box will be available on the day.
