Darlene Y. (Keller) Denny, 83, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Born in Akron, OH, daughter of the late Rodney and Georgia (Hodges) Keller, she lived in West Springfield for many years. Darlene worked for many years for Community Bank and Vanguard Bank inSavings Bank Life Insurance. She also worked for many years caring for the elderly and most recently as Manager of Elm House Apartments in West Springfield. She was the secretary/treasurer of the Gold Star Wives of America, a member of the Chicopee VFW Auxiliary, a member of the America Legion Post 185 Auxiliary in Agawam and a member of the United Methodist Church. Her husband, Michael Denny passed away in 1991 and a son, Gunner’s Mate Third Class Richard Hubbard of the United States Navy passed away in 1987. She leaves a daughter and her husband, Pamela and Tony Belanger of Belchertown, a son, Roger Hubbard of Blandford, two grandsons, Joshua Kozak of the U. S. Air Force and his wife, Vanessa, Eric Hubbard of Westfield, and a granddaughter, Jessica Kozak of Barre, MA. All services are private and Curran Jones Funeral Home is in charge.
