Timothy Cooper Obituary
September 23, 1966 – January 6, 2025
Timothy Troy Cooper, better known as Tim, age 58, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, January 6th, 2025 at his home in Bakersfield, California.
He was born on September 23rd, 1966 in Soldotna, Alaska to Albert (Chris) Troy Cooper and Dianne Elizabeth Cooper. He was a graduate of West High School in 1984 and went on to study at Bakersfield College where he started his life-long career in Corporate Sales for Weatherford. On December 30th, 1988, he married his High School sweetheart, Michele Blanc, in Bakersfield at the St. Phillips Catholic Church. And they had two beautiful daughters, Hannah and Meghan.
Tim and his family loved to live life to the fullest. They jumped on any opportunity that allowed them to travel and spend time with friends. Whether that be his annual fishing/hunting trip with his buddies, Thanksgiving trip to the Mojave Desert with all his extended family, numerous camping trips to the beach and so much more.
He is survived by his wife, Michele Cooper, daughters Hannah Munger and Meghan Cooper, son-in-law Ajay Munger and first grandchild, Remi Munger. He is also survived by his parents, Albert (Chris) Cooper and Dianne Cooper, sisters Connie Cormier, Keely Cooper and Marcy Chapman, along with his nieces and nephews, Madelyne Cormier, Cameron Chapman, Riley Chapman and Christopher Cooper.
Services will be held on Friday, January 17th, 2025 at 10:00AM at Greenlawn Cemetery, 3700 River Blvd, Bakersfield, CA 93305. Celebration of Life to immediately follow.

Tim was a womferful guy, when I first came to work with him he treated me like I was someone. I had just started work for Weatherford and he helped alot. Even offering to help me to help knowing I had a year oldson knowing I wasn't making much. But my pride I would say I'm ok. He would continue to always ask. He will be truly missed.
