Richard was my financial advisor for at least 40 years. From the time as a teacher in the Mt. Baker District and he advised tax shelter annuities to help save. Well, it did and it helped put two children thru high school and universities.
All I can say is 'Thank You Richard Gale-Well Done!'
God Bless You Richard Gale.
