Mary Berger Obituary

Mary K. Berger

Mary K. Berger, at age 71, peacefully journeyed to her eternal life on May 25, 2025, after a courageous battle to remain with family and friends for a while longer. Services will be held at 10 a.m. CDT, Friday June 13, 2025, at St. Martin's Catholic Church, Hazen, N.D., with Fr. Tom Grafsgaard officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. A private family burial will follow at a later date.

Mary is survived by her husband, Darrell; daughter, Richelle McGregor, (Darin); blended family daughters, Celeste Marro (BJ), Chalsey Blanchard (Miran); grandchildren, Owen, Scott, Embrie, Addy, Aspen, Camden and Milo; two sisters, Sharon Schwartz and Shirley Kaveny (Patrick); along with nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorne and Phyllis Beaudoin.

Though gentle in spirit, Mary was a pillar of strength and a champion of those less fortunate. So, in lieu of flowers, choose a charity you cherish, the family encourages SMC Hospice, Hazen, N.D.

Mary and I met when we were 5. There are many memories of our times together. Even living miles apart, we stayed in contact. RIP my dear friend, Mary
