One of the finest men I have ever known. Gave his best to his Family, Church, our Country and the City he loved.
Joe, along with the two Paul´s (Flanagan and Lowell) led the BPD and the BFS (formerly BFO) through the most tragic and traumatic leadership challenges in our City´s history. Mentored many solid leaders. We will all miss him greatly.
Rest in Peace, Boss.
Strength and Honor,
Jack
