My husband and I realized we hadn´t seen Susan in a while. She was such a dear neighbor, when outside, which was often, always willing to stop for a chat through wind or snow or rain. She was a dear yet strong and inspiring person, never complaining, and speaking so dearly of her beloved Spencer, and her wonderful children.
We miss her in the `hood and offer condolences to her family. May her memory he for a blessing.

I am so sorry. Susan was my mother's dear neighbor..I frequently visited her on my way to my summer home, and will miss seeing her this year. It was such a delight to catch up with her, and I will cherish those times. She was so intelligent and interesting. My sincere sympathies to the family.

I am shocked. Since Spencer passed, we spoke every month or two for at least an hour or more. She was a wonderful friend & neighbor for many years. I will miss her. She was the best Mother to her boys not to mention her Grandchildren. I will miss her.
Love to the boys.

Dear Lookner family,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved mother and grandmother. Susan was a dear and cherished neighbor. I looked up to her more than she probably knew, and I will always hold her image in my heart. It´s hard to imagine our street without her. I will genuinely miss her.
May her memory be a blessing.
