Of Holland. Beloved husband of Bernadette for 65 years, loving father of Audrey (Brian) Jarrell, Kevin (Donna) Montgomery and Mark (Mary) Montgomery; dear grandfather of Christopher Browning, Eric Jarrell (Erin Ryan), Meghan (Andy) Kiliszek, and late James Robert Montgomery, great grandfather of Collette, Matthew, Jocelyn, Benjamin, Samuel, Logan, Harper and Maddison; brother of Doris Warner, Nancy Williams, Donna Levy, Susan Porter; predeceased by siblings Marie Wesley, David Montgomery and Kathleen Moustapha. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Visitation, Tuesday, July 1, 4-7 pm at Comfort Funeral Home, Inc., 6469 Olean Rd., South Wales. Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday July 2, 11 am at St. Joseph's R.C. Church, 46 N. Main St., Holland. James was a proud Army Veteran and a retired corrections officer of 20 years from Collins Correctional Facility.
