Beloved husband of the late Kathleen "Kathy" Takac; Loving father of Robby (Miyoko) Takac and Trish (John) Ambrose; Cherished grandfather of Julia Ambrose, Kaylee Ambrose, and Hana Takac; Caring brother of Barbara (late Jim) Kwitowski, late June (late Dan) Cotter, late Janice (late Len) Forth, late Paul Takac; also survived by a large extended family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Mon. 11/3, 10:00 AM at Queen of Heaven Church. Please assemble at church.
