Darlene Meade Obituary
Darlene Jacquline Galloway Meade was born August 23, 1966 in Annapolis to the late Joseph and Jane Porter Galloway and transitioned June 1, 2017 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Darlene was united in holy matrimony to Wayne D. Meade on August 17, 1991. Their love radiates through their four daughters. Darlene graduated from Annapolis Senior High School and Fleet Business School. She worked in various retail, banking, and administrative positions. Among those mourning Darlene's passing include her husband, Wayne Meade; daughters Stesha Meade of Lusby, Teresa (Kenneth Brian McFarley), Jay'ne, and Tamara Meade, all of Annapolis; grandson Justice Newsome; brother Monterae Galloway of Brooklyn; aunts Margaret Ann Spencer (Edward) of Edgewater and Mary Green of Annapolis; mother-in-law Ella Meade of Arnold; uncle Dennis Sharps of Arnold; brother-in-law James Meade (Myra) of Glen Burnie; sisters-in-law Patricia and Deborah Meade of Annapolis, Veronica Meade of Hampton, Virginia, and ReLada Hayes (C. Gerard) of Lanham; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and a plethora of other relatives, friends, and Facebook family members. In addition to her parents, Darlene was preceded in death by her sister Roslyn A. Galloway. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the Lasting Tributes Cremation and Funeral Care located at 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, Maryland.

So sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. Just a few months back we were chatting back and forth on messenger. She had such a sweet spirit. Never heard her complain, always spoke well of everyone.
I will keep her family in prayer especially her youngest daughter but I know that her village will step in and see each other through.
