Redith was one of the kindest ladies our family has ever known. She became a dear friend! We leased her condo in Beringer Commons from 2011 through 2019 until my son's catastrophic at-work accident at FLEX-N-GATE. My mother always looked forward to sending her a birthday card each year. Prior to my son's accident, we helped Redith empty her office in preparation to having new carpet installed. THANK YOU Redith, for "everything" you did for us. YOU WILL BE MISSED!

Redith, you were such a fabulous and generous lady. I remember when our son died and you sent a check for $500 out of the blue. You didn't have to do that, but that was the kind of person you were. Growing up with Jay as my very best friend you were always so kind and generous. I will miss you and think about you often.

52 years ago when I was an undergraduate, Redith was the no-nonsense owner of Yellow-Checker-Radio cabs and I drove a cab. 20 years later she bought a rental house from me. The memories of cab-driving in an unknown town as a 19-year-old are still fresh. Thanks, Redith, for the experience.
