Cedar Point, North Carolina - Patricia Withrow Garrison, 71, of Cedar Point, NC, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2025, at The Cottages of Swansboro.

A celebration of Patti's life will be held at a later date.

Patricia was born on August 22, 1953, in Charlotte, NC, to the late Wilbur and Marjorie Withrow. Her life was marked by her love for the outdoors and the beauty of the beach. For two decades, Patricia was the proud owner and operator of Dreamscape Landscaping, where her creative designs and artistic flair brought joy to many.

Patricia will be fondly remembered as a loving and supportive wife for 43 years, as well as an amazing mother and proud grandmother. Patricia's legacy of love and creativity will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her daughters, Katy Garrison Futral and husband Anthony Dale Futral of Cape Carteret and Mindy Patricia Cox and husband Byron Cox of Emerald Isle; sister, Kathryn Withrow Hunter of Dallas, TX; brother, Melving Andrew Withrow and wife Kathy Withrow of Charlotte, NC; and grandchildren, Connor Blake Futral, Benjamin Garrison Futral, Karly Ann Futral, and Mckensley Patricia Bunger.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James "Jim" Marvin Garrison in 2017; brother, Sandy Withrow; and brother-in-law, John Hunter.
