The Service of Remembrance for Mr. Kevin K. Anderson, age 70 years, of Inverness, will be held 10:30 AM Friday, January 31, 2025 at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes. Interment will follow with military honors at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Friends may call from 9:30 until the time of service at the chapel.

Mr. Anderson was born September 15, 1954 in Canton, Ohio to William and Patricia Anderson and came to Inverness in 1996 from there. He was a painter by trade and a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, Inverness. Mr. Anderson was a United States Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ben; a sister, Jennifer; and his father-in-law: William McGahey. Surviving are his wife: Eleanor "Nory" McGahey-Anderson; child: Kevin Kerry McGahey Anderson; 5 Brothers: Mark (Midge) Graham, John (Alice) Anderson, Jeff Anderson, Bill Anderson, and Dale Anderson; 4 sisters: Wilma Smolik, Franee McGahey, Suzi Gemmell and Kitty (Bruce) Danford; mother-in-law: Marjorie McGahey and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
