Dr Troy Prairie

For the last 3 to 4 years, I have taken care of Tommy as his primary doctor. Though his health has gone up and down at times, his smile and positive approach to life was always a blessing in our clinic. Tommy was always proud of his service to the military and to our country. Myself and my staff were blessed to have known such a great individual. God bless my friend; and hope to see you again someday.

I was Tommy´s case manager at Blanchfield´s family practice clinic for over a year. Tommy was such a kind person. Although he was in pain every time we spoke, he was always kind and I could tell he was smiling on the other end of the phone.
Tommy was so grateful for everything I did for him and always thanked me profusely at the end of the phone call.
To his family: I am so sorry for your loss. Tommy was a very kind soul and I know you all will miss him dearly. Sending prayers for peace.
