Ken was truly a special person, co-worker and friend! I will always hold fond and precious memories of him. Love and prayers to Barbara and family at this time. He was one of the Good Guys!!!!

I say goodbye to my classmate and friend and condolences to his family. Now you get to enjoy the love, peace and comfort of our Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ.

I am sending prayers to the family of Mr. McKellar. I enjoyed working with him at the South Carolina Department of Corrections. His display of professionalism and dedication was inspiring for all.

Working with Ken was truly a gift. Ken was not just a coworker but a dear friend. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul, we have gained precious memories.

I went to church with Ken at Saint Albans Episcopal Church in Lexington, SC. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. May God grant you peace and strength during this difficult time

Reggie and I were blessed to serve with Ken during Kairos ministry´s formative years in SC. In an environment where peace and trust are elusive, his spiritual presence brought a quiet calm and strength to the team and residents alike. I truly believe he was the catalyst God used to change the lives of all he touched there. What a great of cloud of witnesses (both former Kairos team/residents, Reggie included) must´ve been waiting at The Gate to hear The Lord say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." May his memory be eternal-

What a beautiful last message from Ken! It has been an honor to have known and prayed for him through his overseas years and his illness through his dear sister, Bree. So thankful he is with our Lord now in glory. Heartfelt condolences for his family at this difficult transition in their lives.

My heart and prayers go out to Barbara and the entire Mckellar family. Ken was a good man and a pleasure to work with and for. It is obvious that he was a man of great faith and as a result didn't fear death. I hope I can be as courageous when my time comes. Rest in peace Mr. Mckellar, the life you lived speaks volumes to the man you were. I pray that God will give Barbara,their children and family that peace that surpasses all understanding as they try to navigate life in his absence.

My prayers are with McKellar family he was a good person and easy to talk to. I saw him at Baptist hospital when the COVID shots came out. He looked well. RIP warden McKellar. Ava Mckie.

kenn was a wonderful person to work for he was easy to talk with and was a very honest person. He was funny and a strictly business person. He cared for people no matter what was there rank. RIH Kenn

Barbara, I’m so sorry. Ken was a good man, a little stubborn at times, but wonderful! He was loved and respected by so many for his leadership, guidance, selflessness and giving nature. The world is a little darker now without his light. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family.
