Fred Fife Obituary

OAKWOOD - Fred N. Fife, 53, of Oakwood, passed away at 4:22 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025, at Defiance Inpatient Hospice, Defiance. He was born May 14, 1972, in Defiance to Jack and Thelma (Thacker) Fife. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Oakwood.

Other survivors include two brothers: Tim (Lori) Fife of Cloverdale and Kevin Fife of Melrose; and four nieces and nephews: Jeremy Fife, Joy Fife, Cody Fife and Sean Fife.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Fife.

Fred loved spending time with his family. He also loved going to Miami and Erie to hang out with his friends.

Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
