Donald Babo Obituary
Donald J. Babo, age 93, of Hoffman Estates, IL, passed August 1, 2025.
He was the loving husband to Cherry Stoddard; a loving father to Donald Jr. (Sue), Judith Sherrill (deceased), and Thomas (Donna, deceased); cherished grandfather to Denise Babo (Rob Bartsch), Diana Stander (Brad), and Brian Babo (Louise); and loving great-grandfather to Ronan Babo. Donald was an avid bridge player and baseball fan.
Visitation will be held on August 11th, 2025, from 9 am until the time of the funeral mass at 10 am at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canton St., Hoffman Estates. Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, Palatine.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter's Prep, 144 Grand St., Jersey City, NJ 07302.
