Three years gone, with just memories of the past.

Towards healing, God directed us all, at last.

With the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost,

The holy trinity has helped

everyone the most.

I still ask for your guidance on a daily basis though.

That prayer takes me through the day- I believe it's so.

Talking to you in heaven helps the days go by.

Listening through the clouds, eases the pain as I cry.

So I am approaching life with much more ease.

But painful moments I have, will never cease.

When I need your support to move on to the light,

I know you walk by my side, with my wellness fight.

Closest friends and family still say your name.

The activities without you, definitely not the same.

They reflect on work projects, hunting and fishing.

Those times, different now, because you are missing.

Your pleasant presence left everyone you knew well.

With incredible memories, including some we can't tell.

Your smile, warmth, and generosity killed any strife.

Characteristics others should use to live their life.

Remember we'll always be bonded together.

And everyone else will love you forever.

Until we all meet in heaven above,

Watch over us with your caring love.
