Sherrie Lee Williams (Gatton) passed on March 28th, 2026. Sherrie was born in 1941 to long-time Delaware residents Grover and Eileen (Hull) Gatton.
She married Harry Williams and had two sons, Tony and Scott. Many Delaware residents will remember Sherrie as a local Beautician, with her Beauty Shop, "Sherrie Lee's Hair Fashions," located at 30 N. Franklin St. Sherrie also spent many years as a cosmetology vocational school instructor at the Lorain County Joint Vocational School near Wellington, Ohio. In 2010, Sherrie and Harry retired in South Carolina.
Surviving family members include her sons Tony and Scott, daughters-in-law Densie and Shelly, brother Rick Gatton, and her four grandchildren, Megan, Chase, Marisa, and Alexander.
