Scotty Adams Obituary

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Scotty Bob Adams, 46, of Mantachie Mississippi. He departed this earth, way too soon, on Saturday, July 19, 2025. Scotty was born on October 2, 1978 in Dallas Texas and yes, he loved his Dallas Cowboys. Scotty enjoyed spending time with his friends and his beloved dog, Blaze. He was definitely a jack of all trades, not afraid to try anything once, a masterful mechanic, loved drag racing and antique car shows. Scotty could make anybody laugh and had a heart of gold, if he had it, you had it. He never met a stranger. Services will be held at Waters Funeral Home Friday July 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Scotty is survived by his parents Nelda Brown Adams of Booneville, Mike Adams of Mantachie, one daughter, Madison Faith Buran of Booneville, one grandson, Beckham Buran of Booneville, two sisters Cynthia (Chris) Hatfield of Booneville, Rebecca Grooms of Mantachie, one brother Christopher Adams (Jessica) of Mantachie and his "Baby Girl", Mariah Williams of Booneville and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m.
