Joseph Marion Obituary
Joseph "Joe" F. Marion age 53, of Bear, Delaware passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
Born and raised in Easton, PA, he was the youngest son of Mary Ann Marion (Boulous) and Nicholas Marion, Jr. Joe was a graduate of Freedom High School. He was a skilled self-employed musician and music teacher for over 30 years.
Joe loved music. He was a member of many accomplished bands as the keyboardist and was also a master pianist. He also enjoyed oil painting and woodworking. Joe was an avid animal lover and supported local animal rescues.
He was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas Marion, Jr. who passed in 2018. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Beth Ann Marion (Goodman); his mother, Mary Ann Marion; his brother, George, the husband of Shari Marion and Nicholas, husband of Lauren Marion; his nephews, George "Geo" Marion, Michael Marion, Noah Marion; his niece, Sydney Marion; and his three rescue dogs, Shae, Polly and Smokey; as well as a host of other extended family and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday, October 26th at 2 pm at the Marion Home – 4800 Bayard Street, Bethlehem Twsp, PA. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made in Joe's honor to the Brandywine SPCA or Justice Rescue.

Such a shock with immeasurable sadness to learn of Joe´s passing. My most deepest and heartfelt sympathy extended to his family, most cherished friends and all who knew and loved him. Growing up in the neighborhood has left behind countless, endearing memories. They are cherished always.
